It is Basically a home stay inside the coffee estate , River Cavery flows adjacent to the property, we have a separate cottage with two bedrooms with attached toilets and a small sit out, we the owners stay in the adjacent Bungalow, care takers also stays near the guest house, we provide Breakfast as complimentary n Dinner on request

- The primary guest must be at least 18 years old. All guests are required to provide valid government-issued identification cards for check-in; PAN Cards are not accepted. Kindly ensure you have the necessary government ID proof(s) with you upon arrival.
- <p>It’s basically a home stay we have our own house rules n regulations,&nbsp;</p><p>1. Pets not allowed</p><p>2. Breakfast timing: 8.30 to 9.30 am</p><p>3. Dinner timing: 8:00 to 10:00 pm&nbsp;</p><p><i>Liquor can be consumed in the dinning area from 7.30 to 10 pm, post which you can enjoy in the cottage&nbsp;</i></p><p>4. Smoking is prohibited inside the cottage rooms&nbsp;</p><p>5. Cooked food carried from outside should be had in the dinning area&nbsp;</p><p>6. Camp fire &amp; BBQ available at an extra cost</p>
Redemption Process
- Upon completing your reservation, anticipate receiving a comprehensive email and SMS containing booking details. Present your SMS or booking confirmation email at the reception counter during check-in.
- Access your booking information easily by logging into your account on Explorebees.com and navigating to the "Active Bookings" page in the dashboard.

Cancellation Policy
- Partial refund if cancelled : We appreciate your commitment to your plans! Cancel at least 72 hours (local time) in advance, and you'll receive a 100% refund. This helps us manage resources efficiently and gives you flexibility.
- Unforeseen Circumstances : This activity requires good weather. In cases of unforeseen weather conditions or government restrictions leading this activity cancellations, you’ll be offered a different date or a full refund.
- Refund Process : Refunds will be credited to the original booking payment source within 10 business days, and cash refunds will not be issued
