Bedroom - Has 1 seater sofa, with center table and 32 inches Smart TV. It is minimalist and elegantly designed. The spilled air conditioner is available, wardrobe with hangers, hairdryer, and iron. Extra bed sheets are provided for long stays.
Kitchen - has 2 inductions, with induction-friendly cookware. Basics like pots, pans, oil, salt, pepper are provided. The kitchen also has a microwave, RO Purifier, Refrigerator. Dishwashing liquid, dustbin bags, are provided.
Bathroom - is provided with basic toiletries, shampoo and body wash, hand wash, toilet paper. Please carry your own personal care products like toothbrushes, toothpaste, etc.

House Rules
- The primary guest must be at least 18 years old. All guests are required to provide valid government-issued identification cards for check-in; PAN Cards are not accepted. Kindly ensure you have the necessary government ID proof(s) with you upon arrival.

- </li><li>For foreign nationals need visa and passport copies. Indian nationals need to share their Aadhar or DL or passport copies.
- </li><li>No visitors allowed due to covid guidelines, only people who have booked can stay.
- </li><li>Available for self quarantine, if you don't have any symptoms.
- </li><li>There's no parking inside the building premises. Street parking around the building is available, and there's an odd/even rule for parking.

Redemption Process
- Upon completing your reservation, anticipate receiving a comprehensive email and SMS containing booking details. Present your SMS or booking confirmation email at the reception counter during check-in.
- Access your booking information easily by logging into your account on Explorebees.com and navigating to the "Active Bookings" page in the dashboard.

Cancellation Policy
- Partial refund if cancelled : We appreciate your commitment to your plans! Cancel at least 72 hours (local time) in advance, and you'll receive a 100% refund. This helps us manage resources efficiently and gives you flexibility.
- Unforeseen Circumstances : This activity requires good weather. In cases of unforeseen weather conditions or government restrictions leading this activity cancellations, you’ll be offered a different date or a full refund.
- Refund Process : Refunds will be credited to the original booking payment source within 10 business days, and cash refunds will not be issued
