A “supplier” is a Member of our Website that is a business offering tours, activities, and other travel-related goods and services to the general public and has registered with our Website to offer their goods/services. We refer to a Member who purchases goods/services from suppliers as a “Customer”.
A “Profile” is an online collection of information provided by a Member about their business if a supplier, or generally about themselves if a Customer.
A “User” is a collective identifier that refers to either a Visitor or a Member.
A “Visitor” is someone who merely browses our Website.
All text, information, graphics, audio, video, and data offered through our Website, whether free to all or part of our paid features of our Website, are collectively known as our “Content”. We may refer to Content provided by our Members, whether as part of their Profile or in other postings to our Website, as “Member Content.” When we refer to our Website, our Content is included by reference.
ExploreBees grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use our Website strictly in accordance with our Legal Terms. Your use of our Website is solely for the purposes as provided herein.
ExploreBees is strictly a venue does NOT enter into any other relationship with you, other than that of an independent contractor. Our Legal Terms in no way create any agency, partnership, joint venture, employee-employer or franchisor-franchisee relationship between you and ExploreBees, other Users, or our affiliates.

You may view some of our Content without becoming a Member of our Website. However, to use our Website, you may have to register and become a Member. Your membership is not transferable or assignable and is void where prohibited. You certify that you are at least age 18 years of age or older. If you are between the ages of 13 and 18, you certify that you have your parent’s permission to join our Website and become a Member. You may not access this website if you are under the age of 13.
By registering as a Provider, you are certifying that you are a legitimate tour or travel-related business and that you are the actual owner or authorized representative of the business and have the right to register your business with our Website.
Any registration by any Member in contravention of the above limitations is unauthorized, unlicensed and in violation of our Legal Terms. You agree to and to abide by all of the terms and conditions of our Legal Terms. ExploreBees has the sole right and discretion to determine whether to accept a Member, and may reject a Member’s registration, with or without explanation.
When you complete the registration process, you will create a user name and password that will allow you to access our Website. You agree to maintain the confidentiality of your password and are fully responsible for all liability and damages resulting from your failure to maintain that confidentiality and all activities that occur through the use of your password. You agree to immediately notify us of any authorized use of your password or any other breach of security regarding your account or information. You agree that ExploreBees shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with password security as discussed herein.
The Services can be used to facilitate the listing, reviewing, searching, comparing, meeting other people, entering contests and booking of tours and activities ("Group Tours"). Such Group Tours are included in Listings on the Services by Operators. You may view Listings as an unregistered visitor to the Services; however, if you wish to book a Tour or create a Listing, you must either register to create a ExploreBees Account (defined below) or provide your email address. As stated above, ExploreBees makes available a platform or marketplace with related technology for Travellers and Operators to meet online, write reviews, search, compare, enter contests and arrange for bookings of Group Tours.ExploreBees is not an operator of tours, activities or other Group Tours, nor is it a provider of group tours or activities and ExploreBees does not own, sell, resell, furnish, provide, manage and/or control any transportation, tour or travel services.
For any kind of visa, inner line permits, forest department or government permissions and tickets to entrance parks which are part of your itinerary, please check with the tour operator or plan them in advance. ExploreBees does not provide these services or checks any of these services. ExploreBees only facilitates ticket booking and does not take any guarantee of any kind of permissions or tickets required in course of your tour itinerary. In case you miss and do not have required documents due to which you are not able to complete your tour, ExploreBees or tour operator will not be liable for the act.
ExploreBees 's responsibilities are limited to:facilitating the availability of the Services andserving as the limited agent of each Operator for the purpose of accepting payments from Travellers on behalf of the Operator.

ExploreBees CANNOT AND DOES NOT CONTROL THE CONTENT CONTAINED IN ANY LISTINGS AND THE CONDITION, LEGALITY OR SUITABILITY OF ANY GROUP TOURS. ExploreBees IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR AND DISCLAIMS ANY AND ALL LIABILITY RELATED TO ANY AND ALL LISTINGS AND TOURS. ACCORDINGLY, ANY BOOKINGS WILL BE MADE AT THE TRAVELER'S OWN RISK.
For Travellers - In order to access certain features of the Services and to book a Tour, you can create an account ("ExploreBees Account") and become a Member. You may register to join the Services directly via the Site or Application using the link at the top of any page or as otherwise described in this section. You may also be able to register to join by logging into your account with certain third party social networking sites ("SNS") (including, but not limited to, Facebook); each such account, a "Third Party Account", via our Site or Application, as described below. As part of the functionality of the Services, you may be able to link your ExploreBees Account with Third Party Accounts, by either:providing your Third Party Account login information to ExploreBees through the Services; orallowing ExploreBees to access your Third Party Account, as is permitted under the applicable terms and conditions that govern your use of each Third Party Account. You represent that you are entitled to disclose your Third Party Account login information to ExploreBees and/or grant ExploreBees access to your Third Party Account (including, but not limited to, for use for the purposes described herein), without breach by you of any of the terms and conditions that govern your use of the applicable Third Party Account and without obligating ExploreBees to pay any fees or making ExploreBees subject to any usage limitations imposed by such third party service providers. By granting ExploreBees access to any Third Party Accounts, you understand that ExploreBees may access, make available and store (if applicable) any Content that you have provided to and stored in your Third Party Account ("SNS Content") so that it is available on and through the Services via your ExploreBees Account and ExploreBees Account profile page. You agree that ExploreBees may request your email address, access to photos; friends list to help verify your identity; share your updates and photos; and to be contacted by us. Unless otherwise specified in these Terms, all SNS Content, if any, will be considered to be Member Content for all purposes of these Terms. Depending on the Third Party Accounts you choose and subject to the privacy settings that you have set in such Third Party Accounts, personally identifiable information that you post to your Third Party Accounts may be available on and through your ExploreBees Account on the Services. Please note that if a Third Party Account or associated service becomes unavailable or ExploreBees 's access to such Third Party Account is terminated by the third party service provider, then SNS Content may no longer be available on and through the Services. You have the ability to configure certain portions of the connection between your ExploreBees Account and your Third Party Accounts, at any time, by accessing the "Profile" section of the Services.
PLEASE NOTE THAT YOUR RELATIONSHIP WITH THE THIRD PARTY SERVICE PROVIDERS ASSOCIATED WITH YOUR THIRD PARTY ACCOUNTS IS GOVERNED SOLELY BY YOUR AGREEMENT(S) WITH SUCH THIRD PARTY SERVICE PROVIDERS.
You pay us partly or the full amount beforehand. Depending on your payment, the remaining amount has to be paid to the supplier directly after a satisfactory experience.
When making a reservation, it is possible you have to pay the full amount in advance. In this case you pay us the full amount stated on the website which is paid to the supplier, within 72 hours after the reserved event has taken place in a satisfactory manner, while deducting the ExploreBees fee payable by the supplier. As a traveler no additional payments are needed; when the reservation is confirmed by us, all payments are done.
In some cases, you will be asked to pay a share of the full amount upfront, as stated on our website. In this case, the remaining unpaid share has to be paid by the traveler to the supplier directly after the reserved event has taken place in a satisfactory manner.
In case of a full payment in advance, ExploreBees will facilitate the payment as a commercial agent on behalf of the supplier. Therefore, by accepting this Terms & Conditions, the supplier enters into an agreement with ExploreBees determining that ExploreBees is authorized to negotiate or conclude the sale of the services provided by the supplier on behalf of the supplier.
Once you (being the guest) have made the payment, you have discharged your payment obligation, i.e. there is final settlement of the supplier's claim on you as a guest.
If at some point you pay to use our Website, you represent and warrant that when you make any payments to ExploreBees for such use:
All purchases and reservations made on ExploreBees are final and non-refundable. In the event of a cancelation or request for modification of the reservation, ExploreBees and the service providers are not obliged to honor such requests and the entire amount paid is forfeited by the customer.
Refunds, if any, are provided at the sole discretion of ExploreBees and the service providers.
Certain Services are stated to be subject to instant confirmation. Other than these Services, any required time for confirmation as stated on the ExploreBees Platform is solely for reference only. Actual time required for confirmation may vary.
Through the ExploreBees Platform, you may purchase vouchers from ExploreBees for the Services (“Vouchers”) offered by the Operators in the various destinations. Subject to the policy of the relevant Operator, you will receive an email confirmation of your purchase that will contain a Voucher confirmation number (“Confirmation Number”) and a printable version of your Voucher.
In order to use your Voucher, you must appear in person at the meeting point designated by the relevant Operator on time, and present such documents and/or information as may be required by the Operator, that may include your Confirmation Number and/or your printed Voucher. If you fail to appear on time or to provide the required documents or information, no refunds will be granted.
An Operator may also require you to provide an identification document bearing your photo in order to use your Voucher. Neither ExploreBees nor the Operator is responsible for lost, destroyed or stolen Vouchers or Confirmation Numbers. Vouchers will be void if the relevant Services to be provided are prohibited by law. If you attempt to use a Voucher in an unlawful manner (e.g., you attempt to use a Voucher for wine tasting when you are under the legal age to do so), the respective Operator may refuse to accept your Voucher, and no refunds will be granted.
Vouchers are admission tickets to one-time events ('Events'): the date(s) on which a Voucher can be used will be stated on the Voucher. If you do not use your Vouchers on or by the date(s) noted on such Vouchers, except as expressly set forth therein, no refunds will be granted.
ExploreBees reserves the right to require payment of fees or charges for any Services offered by ExploreBees. You shall pay all applicable fees or charges, as described on the ExploreBees Platform in connection with such Services selected by you.
ExploreBees reserves the right to change its price list for fees or charges at any time, upon notice to you, which may be sent to you by email or posted on the ExploreBees Platform. Your use, or continued use, of the Services offered by ExploreBees following such notification constitutes your acceptance of any new or revised fees or charges.
ExploreBees at its sole discretion reserves the right to not accept any booking without assigning any reason thereof.
ExploreBees will not provide any service or share confirmed booking details till such time the complete consideration is received from the User.
Once a User has been suspended or terminated, such User shall not register or attempt to register with ExploreBees with different credentials, or use the Website in any manner whatsoever until such User is reinstated by ExploreBees. ExploreBees may at any time in its sole discretion reinstate suspended users.
If a User breaches this User Agreement, ExploreBees reserves the right to recover any amounts due to be paid by the User to ExploreBees, and to take appropriate legal action as it deems necessary.
If the User violates any of the aforesaid terms, ExploreBees shall be at liberty to take appropriate legal action against the User.
User agrees that that the supplier may refuse to provide the service(s), agreed to be provided to the User, for any booking made through ExploreBees with/without assigning any reasons or owing to reasons including but not limited to behavioural issues, public safety, health hazards, infectious diseases, government orders/notification etc. In such scenarios of refusal, the liability that may ensue shall solely vest with the supplier as it is outside the purview of ExploreBees and the User agrees that any claim, refund or damages against such refusal shall lie solely against the supplier and not ExploreBees.
The User expressly undertakes to provide ExploreBees with correct and valid information while making use of the Website under this User Agreement, and not to make any misrepresentation of facts. Any default on part of the User would disentitle the User from availing the services from ExploreBees.
In case ExploreBees discovers or has reasons to believe at any time during or after receiving a request for services from the User that the request for services is either unauthorized or the information provided by the User or any of the travelers is not correct or that any fact has been misrepresented by that User, ExploreBees shall be entitled to appropriate legal remedies against the User, including cancellation of the bookings, without any prior intimation to the User. In such an event, ExploreBees shall not be responsible or liable for any loss or damage that may be caused to the User or any other person in the booking, as a consequence of such cancellation of booking or services.
If any judicial, quasi-judicial, investigation agency, government authority approaches ExploreBees to cancel any booking, ExploreBees will cancel the same without approaching the concerned User whose booking has been cancelled.
The User shall not hold ExploreBees responsible for any loss or damage arising out of measures taken by ExploreBees for safeguarding its own interest and that of its genuine customers. This would also include ExploreBees denying or cancelling any bookings on account of suspected fraud transactions.
The above terms and conditions & return policies are appliable to all ExploreBees users worldwide.
If, as a Traveller, you cancel your requested booking by raising a ticket, if the supplier declines your booking request due to non availability which will automatically cancel any pre-authorization to your credit card and/or refund any nominal amounts charged to your credit card in connection with the requested booking within a commercially reasonable time (7-10 business days). You agree to pay ExploreBees the Deposit for any booking requested in connection with your ExploreBees Account if such requested bookings are confirmed by the supplier. Once your booking is confirmed and you have received email acknowledgement, what you have paid is non-refundable. If cancellation is made within 31 days to departure 100% of these costs will be forfeited. Cancellation of permits will result
Neither ExploreBees nor the suppliers selling their tours on ExploreBees.com offer or pay any discounts or refunds for missed or unused services which were missed or unused by the traveller due to no fault of ExploreBees , or suppliers working with = "ExploreBees " | , which shall include any termination of the traveller's participation in the tour due to the traveller's own fault, negligence or breach of these Terms.
All traveller complaints about their experience on tour will be passed onto the tour supplier's team to resolve. ExploreBees is committed to working with tour suppliers to achieve a high level of service. If the response time and/or response quality of the tour supplier however continue to fall below acceptable timing and quality despite our working together to rectify any issues, ExploreBees reserves the right to remove the suppliers' tour listings from ExploreBees .com Marketplace, Affiliate websites, Mobile Apps and remove any Applications provided by us.
If an Operator cancels a confirmed booking made via the Services,ExploreBees will refund any Payment for such booking to the applicable Traveller within a commercially reasonable time of the cancellation andthe Traveller may receive an email or other communication from ExploreBees containing alternative Listings and other related information. If the Traveller requests a booking from one of the alternative Listings this will be treated like a new group tour booking. If an Operator cancelled a confirmed booking and you, as a Traveller, have not received an email or other communication from ExploreBees , please contact ExploreBees at Sayhello@ExploreBees.com
Certain Tours may be weather-dependent. Notwithstanding the foregoing, in the event of inclement weather, the Operator has the discretion as to whether the weather conditions will prevent the Tour from taking place. As an Operator, if you need to cancel an Group Tour for reasons of inclement weather, you must contact the Traveller and ExploreBees (at Sayhello@ExploreBees.com as early as possible. Subject to the Traveller's consent, the Operator and the Traveller may choose to reschedule the Group Tour for another date. If the Group Tour cannot be rescheduled, as a Traveller, please contact ExploreBees so we may assist in finding a replacement, non-weather-dependent Group Tour. For clarity, in the event the alternative Group Tour is of a higher price than the former, you may be responsible for any difference in price. In the event the alternative Group Tour is of a lower price, you may be entitled to a partial refund for the difference. As a Traveller, if you have contacted ExploreBees as provided above and ExploreBees is unable to find you a replacement Group Tour, ExploreBees may refund the Payment for such booking to the Traveller within a commercially reasonable time of the cancellation.
The suppliers, not ExploreBees , are solely responsible for honouring any confirmed bookings and making available any travel related services reserved through the Services. If you, as a Traveller, choose to enter into a transaction with an supplier for the booking of a Group Tour, you agree and understand that you will be required to enter into an agreement (including releases) with the supplier and you agree to accept any terms, conditions, rules and restrictions associated with such Tour imposed by the supplier. suppliers may not change the Tour Cost after a booking has been confirmed unless the supplier asks for your Consent (changes might include additional services that you request from the supplier). If a booking has not yet been confirmed by the supplier, the supplier may change the price, details, add discounts, local payments and other services requested by you but the supplier must notify you of this change and you must consent to this change before the supplier can confirm your booking. You acknowledge and agree that you, and not ExploreBees , will be responsible for performing the obligations of any such agreements, that ExploreBees is not a party to such agreements, and that, with the exception of its payment obligations hereunder, ExploreBees disclaims all liability arising from or related to any such agreements. You acknowledge and agree that, notwithstanding the fact that ExploreBees is not a party to any agreements between you and the supplier, ExploreBees acts as the supplier's payment agent for the limited purpose of accepting payments from you on behalf of the supplier. Upon your payment of amounts to ExploreBees which are due to the supplier, your payment obligation to the supplier is extinguished, and ExploreBees will remit to the supplier the difference between the Tour Cost minus the Service Fee (defined below). The secure payment provider that ExploreBees uses to process all payments is Razorpay
ExploreBees will send booking confirmation, itinerary information, cancellation, payment confirmation, refund status, schedule change or any such other information relevant for the transaction or booking made by the User, via SMS, internet-based messaging applications like WhatsApp, voice call, e-mail or any other alternate communication detail provided by the User at the time of booking.
ExploreBees may also contact the User through the modes mentioned above for any pending or failed bookings, to know the preference of the User for concluding the booking and also to help the User for the same.
The User will indemnify ExploreBees against all types of losses and damages incurred by ExploreBees due to any action taken by TRAI, Access Providers (as per TRAI regulations) or any other authority due to any erroneous complaint raised by the User on ExploreBees with respect to the communications mentioned above or due to a wrong number or email id being provided by the User for any reason whatsoever.
There can be exceptional circumstances where ExploreBees and / or the suppliers may be unable to honor the confirmed bookings due to various reasons like act of God, labor unrest, insolvency, a pandemic, an epidemic, business exigencies, government decisions, terrorist activity, any operational and technical issues, route and flight cancellations etc. or any other reason beyond the control of ExploreBees. If ExploreBees has advance knowledge of any such situations where dishonor of bookings may happen, it will make its best efforts to provide similar alternative to the User or refund the booking amount after deducting applicable service charges, if supported and refunded by that respective service supplierss. The User agrees that ExploreBees being merely a facilitator of the services and products booked, cannot be held responsible for any such Force Majeure circumstance. The User has to contact the Service Provider directly for any further resolutions and refunds.
The User agrees that in the event of non-confirmation of booking due to any technical reasons (like network downtime, disconnection with third party platforms such as payment gateways, banks etc.) or any other similar failures, ExploreBees’s obligation shall be limited refunding the booking amount, if any, received from the customer. Such refund shall completely discharge ExploreBees from all liabilities with respect to that transaction. Additional liabilities, if any, shall be borne by the User.
In no event shall ExploreBees and be liable for any direct, indirect, punitive, incidental, special or consequential damages, and any other damages like damages for loss of use, data or profits, arising out of or in any way connected with the use or performance of the Website or any other Sales Channel.
It is the responsibility of all passengers, regardless of nationality and destination, to check with the consulate of the country they are visiting for current entry requirements.
As visa and health requirements are subject to changes without notice, ExploreBees recommends that you verify health and visa requirements with the appropriate consulate prior to departure.
You acknowledge that some Operators may require you to adhere to local policies and furnish the necessary documents and/or licenses as a prerequisite to using and/or participating in the Services they offer.
ExploreBees strongly recommends that you purchase a comprehensive travel insurance policy prior to departure.
As a Member, any information you upload to our Website is considered Member Content. By uploading Member Content, you warrant to ExploreBees that you have legal right, whether by ownership, license, or otherwise, to transmit, display, and use the underlying associated text and/or images. You are solely responsible for insuring that you do not infringe the rights of any third parties in such Member Content and for any legal damages caused by your transmission, use, or display of Member Content.
You understand Member Content may contain material that someone may consider offensive, indecent, or objectionable. We have no control over Member Content provided by Members and do not in any way guarantee the quality, accuracy or integrity of such Member Content. ExploreBees is not responsible for the monitoring or filtering of any Member Content. If any Member Content found illegal, ExploreBees will submit all necessary information to the proper authorities.
If your Member Content is reported to ExploreBees as being in violation of third party rights (i.e. copyrights), or is reported as offensive or inappropriate, we may ask you to retract or otherwise modify the questionable Member Content within 24 hours of being notified by ExploreBees. If you fail to comply with such a request or ExploreBees otherwise deem it necessary, ExploreBees has full authority and sole discretion to remove the offending Member Content, restrict your ability to post further Member Content, and in our sole discretion, to immediately terminate your account without further notification to you.
You acknowledge that ExploreBees is NOT liable for loss or damage to Member Content nor do we warrant that we may have a backup of your Member Content. You should always maintain your own backup copies of Member Content.
ExploreBees does not make any ownership claims to your Member Content other than as noted within our Legal Terms. However, by uploading Member Content, you grant ExploreBees a perpetual, world-wide, royalty-free, irrevocable license to use, display, and redistribute your Member Content in any form we see fit.
As a Member, you agree not to use our Website to do any of the following:

In case of a complaint about, or issue with the platform, app or services, please contact ExploreBees at sayhello@ExploreBees.com to resolve the problem. In case of a complaint about an activity you agree to contact ExploreBees within 1 day after the complaint has arisen and you agree to cooperate with and assist ExploreBees in good faith. You also agree to provide ExploreBees with such information and take such actions as may be reasonably requested by ExploreBees. As a supplier you agree that in case of a no show or dissatisfactory deviations in the event caused by you, the guest will be refunded and you won't receive payment. As a guest you understand that in case of a no show or no completion of/interruptions during the event caused by you, you as a guest are responsible for any damages up to the amount paid.
In case of any damage claims or other complaints related to the event exceeding the amount paid, ExploreBees will mediate in finding a reasonable solution between traveler and supplier.
Any claim or complaint against ExploreBees in respect of the service must be promptly submitted, but in any event within 14 days after the reserved event has taken place. Any claim or complaint that is submitted after the 14 days period, may be rejected and the claimant shall forfeit his/her right to any (damage or cost) compensation.
To the extent permitted by law, thesepute arising out of these terms and conditions and our services shall exclusively be submitted to the competent Court in Bengaluru, India.
The law of the Republic of India shall apply, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. If you have placed the order, as the consumer, and at the time of the order your normal place of residence is in another country, the application of the mandatory legal provisions of this country remain unaffected by the choice of law in clause 1. The exclusive place of jurisdiction is Bengaluru, provided the user is a tradesperson as per the Consumer Protection Act, or does not have a permanent place of residence in India when the suit is filed. The legally-binding places of jurisdiction remain unaffected by this.

You may submit Feedback by emailing us sayhello@ExploreBees.comYou acknowledge and agree that all Feedback will be the sole and exclusive property of ExploreBees and you agree to irrevocably assign to ExploreBees all of your right, title, and interest in and to all Feedback, including without limitation all worldwide patent, copyright, trade secret, moral and other proprietary or intellectual property rights therein. At ExploreBees 's request and expense, you will execute documents and take such further acts as ExploreBees may reasonably request to assist ExploreBees to acquire, perfect, and maintain its intellectual property rights and other legal protections for the Feedback.
ExploreBees and its suppliers may, from time to time, choose to run certain marketing promotions. These promotions may be made available to some or all customers at the discretion of the company.
Promotion code: If you have a valid promotion code, you may use this during checkout to avail the necessary offer. The promotion discount, if applicable, will be deducted directly from your final price payable. Promotions are governed by the terms and conditions of individual offers and ExploreBees reserves the right to cancel any orders that are found to be violating these terms. Customers who repeatedly abuse promotion terms may, at the discretion of the company, find their accounts blocked and they will be unable to reserve on the ExploreBees platform any further.
ExploreBees Credits can be earned on completing eligible purchases, successfully referring a new customer or completing other eligible activity for earning such credits as determined by ExploreBees. ExploreBees Credits can be applied to any future reservation up to the full amount of the order. ExploreBees Credits cannot be paid out in cash or used to pay for an existing reservation. If a customer cancels the original reservation they received credits for, the associated ExploreBees Credits will be reversed as well. ExploreBees Credits automatically expire 12 months after they are credited to your account. No refund is provided for any expired or unused credits.
As between you and ExploreBees, the Website is and remains protected by copyright and/or any other intellectual property rights (including protection granted through unfair competition law). You acquire no rights in the Website, and in any names, trade names, and distinctive signs of any nature (including trademarks) published on the Website. The copying, redistribution, use or publication by you of any portion of our Website is strictly prohibited. Your use of our Website does not grant you ownership rights of any kind in our Content or Website. As mentioned, we do not claim ownership of your Member Content, but by providing it to our Website, you do not receive any other rights in our Content other than what belongs to you already. You may access and view the Website, but not incorporate it into other websites, and not copy, present, license, publish, download, upload, send or make it perceptible in any other way without our prior written consent.
ExploreBees content may not be used or copied without explicit authorization from ExploreBees. ExploreBees reserves the right to withdraw membership of any User whose behavior is deemed likely to affect the smooth operation of the outbound tour or adversely affect the enjoyment or safety of other passengers. ExploreBees shall not be liable for any damages due to such withdrawal.
A transfer from one tour to another prior to the departure of the originally booked tour will be treated as a cancellation of the original tour and would attract the cancellation charges as stated hereunder and a fresh booking would have to be made at the prevalent rates.
ExploreBees's employees or authorized representatives will never contact a user asking for his/ her credit or debit card number, expiry date, cvv, net banking login, passwords, otp etc. Nor will they ever request for a fund transfer to a personal or an individual bank account. Further, they will also not ask a user to install any third-party applications that enable them to view a user's mobile or computer screen.
Acting on any of these requests may make you a victim of fraud, and may potentially lead to loss of your valuable money or information.
