Cancellation Policy

• Free cancellation untill 24 hrs : Life is unpredictable. If your plans change, no worries! Notify us at least 24 hours (local time) before your booking, as stated in your confirmation email, and enjoy a full refund. Thanks for your understanding and flexibility!
• Unforeseen Circumstances : This activity requires good weather. In cases of unforeseen weather conditions or government restrictions leading this activity cancellations, you’ll be offered a different date or a full refund.
