The apartment shares the exclusive benefit of a home away from home with luxurious amenities of a hotel with style. Our endeavour is to make your travel simpler and cost-effective. - The Apartment is fitted with 3 LED TV's ( 1 in the Living room and 2 in the bedrooms) with cable - The kitchen is fully is equipped with a toaster, Kettle, coffee, tea, sugar, fridge, water purifier, stovetop, utensils, microwave/oven, glasses and cutlery - One King size bedroom has an attached private bathroom and the twin bedroom has a common bathroom, all two are equipped with toiletries(soap, fresh towels, tissue box, tissue roll, hairdryer) - High-quality bed matters, fresh pillows, blankets and bed linen is being offered to our guests keeping it to 5-star hotel standards - We have free 50mbps Wifi which shall take care of your surfing & streamings - Housekeeping can be done twice a week on your request, you just have to dial the reception number through the phone provided in the room either me or my staff will be happy to cater to your needs - Pick up and drop services for laundry can be arranged to your apartment - The Building has high security with CCTV's, two elevators and two guards 24/7

Redemption Process
- Upon completing your reservation, anticipate receiving a comprehensive email and SMS containing booking details. Present your SMS or booking confirmation email at the reception counter during check-in.
- Access your booking information easily by logging into your account on Explorebees.com and navigating to the "Active Bookings" page in the dashboard.

Cancellation Policy
- Free cancellation untill 24 hrs : Life is unpredictable. If your plans change, no worries! Notify us at least 24 hours (local time) before your booking, as stated in your confirmation email, and enjoy a full refund. Thanks for your understanding and flexibility!
- Unforeseen Circumstances : This activity requires good weather. In cases of unforeseen weather conditions or government restrictions leading this activity cancellations, you’ll be offered a different date or a full refund.
- Refund Process : Refunds will be credited to the original booking payment source within 10 business days, and cash refunds will not be issued
