Lockhart Gap is an ideal spot for adventurous tourism and trekking located just 13 km away on the way to Munnar – Madurai National Highway in Idukki District of the southern state of Kerala. It is an ideal place for trekking and adventure tourism. The fresh mountain air, in-the-midst-of-clouds experience make it worthy of a visit. Know Before you go

• During monsoon seasons, the visibility hits a low and you won’t be able to see beyond 15-20 meters. It is not ideal to travel during night time as the roads leading up to the vantage point is closed down.
