Overview
The Mobor beach is a beautiful, tranquil and clean beach situated at the south of the Cavelossim beach. It is now one of the most happening and popular holiday destinations in Goa and is known to be an ideal location for the adventure tourists. Mobor is a fantastical picturesque place which situates at the delta of the River Sal. It seems like the River surrounding the Beach from all its sides and then immediately empties into the Arabian Sea. The territory has a status of conservancy area of national importance (National park). Ponds with blooming lilies, sandy dunes and coconut palms that grow directly on the beach are giving this wonderful place really much unique charm. The sand is very light in color, fine and softly squeaks under your feet. In some places, separate natural bays appeared. Here you can take you sunbathes absolutely safely and away from prying eyes and noise.
At the beach, in Mobor one can enjoy a lot of water sports like water-skiing, wind-surfing, jet skiing, parasailing, and banana boat. Besides this one can also enjoy biking in the sands which seems to be a favorite activity of the tourists coming to Mobor beach. The Mobor beach also has many secluded coves and is fairly isolated suitable for those in search of complete peace and relaxation. One can find plenty of lounge chairs and umbrellas here for the utmost in comfort. The Mobor beach has a lot of beachside local shops where one can get some souvenirs, gifts, antiques, and handicrafts to take back home. There are also a number of beach shacks situated here that serve some delicious food and drinks.
